Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Agreement

When you request an estimate or service from Mike's Economy Roofing, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept check and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required.

Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on all repair and installation services. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be outlined in your written estimate. Manufacturer warranties are passed through to the customer as provided by the manufacturer.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.

Limitation of Liability

Mike's Economy Roofing's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
